Dr. Solomon Lee brings a rare blend of artistic vision and clinical excellence to Scottsville Family Dentistry. Before entering the dental field, Dr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Graphic Design from the Art Center College of Design and began his career as a professional illustrator. His transition into dentistry grew out of a desire to work more directly with people and use his hands-on skill in a way that could transform lives.

He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received the Dean’s Award in Clinical Excellence. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Lee has built a distinguished career as a clinician, educator, and advocate for patient-centered care. He has served as adjunct faculty at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and has been actively involved in multiple public health programs throughout Virginia.

Dr. Lee’s background in art shapes every aspect of his work, from his meticulous attention to detail to his ability to create natural, beautiful smiles tailored to each patient. His compassionate approach allows him to connect with patients of all ages, making dental visits comfortable and meaningful for both children and adults.
